1. Booking & Deposits
Peak Period Notice
During peak periods, including Christmas (Dec 20 – Jan 10) and Easter, a mandatory non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance for these holiday seasons.
2. Hours of Operation
- Standard Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm daily.
- Early or late check-ins/outs outside these hours will incur a $35 surcharge.
3. Health & Vaccinations
For the protection of all guests, we maintain a strict vaccination policy. Certificates must be sighted before or at the time of entry.
Dogs
Minimum C5 vaccination required (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Para-influenza, Bordetella).
Cats
Minimum F3 vaccination required (Feline Enteritis, Calicivirus, Herpesvirus).
- * All vaccinations must have been administered within the last 12 months and at least 14 days prior to boarding.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. However, as a boutique facility,
short-notice cancellations significantly affect our operations.
Cancellations within 7 days of stay: $60 administration fee.
Peak periods: Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non- transferable.
5. Feeding & Medication
We proudly serve Royal Canin premium nutrition as our house
diet. Owners may provide own food if a specific dietary plan is
required.
Medications must be provided in original packaging with clear veterinary instructions. A small daily administration fee may apply.
6. Veterinary Care
In the event of illness or injury, Appletree Boarding is authorized to contact your nominated vet or our 24-hour emergency vet partner.
All veterinary costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the pet owner and must be settled upon check-out.
7. Liability & Security
While we provide secure, high-quality fencing and supervised
exercise, we cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from
“escape artist” behavior or natural animal instincts.
Owners must disclose any history of aggression, high-jumping, or destructive behavior during the booking process.
