Additional Services

Medication Administration

Careful administration of oral or topical medications. We follow strict veterinary protocols to ensure your pet's health. ($5 surcharge per day may apply for complex routines).

Pet Taxi Service

Any drop off’s & pick up’s outside normal office hours will incur an out of hours fee.

Special Care

Dedicated attention for elderly pets or those with specific behavioral needs. We treat every guest as if they were our own family.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at check-in via EFTPOS, Credit Card, or Cash.
  • Check-in and Check-out are during specified business hours only.
  • All pets must have up-to-date C5 vaccinations (Dogs) or F3 (Cats).
  • Veterinary responsibility: If medical attention is needed, owners are responsible for all costs incurred.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may incur a fee.
All prices include GST. Rates are subject to change with notice.

Peak & Holiday Periods

To ensure we can provide the highest quality care during our busiest times, special conditions apply to bookings during peak periods.

Christmas & New Year

  • A minimum booking block of 7 days applies: 20th- 27th, then 27th Dec to 2nd Jan.
  • All bookings require a 100% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
  • A 5% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.

Easter Period

  • A minimum booking block of 4 days applies (Good Friday to
    Easter Monday).
  • Non-refundable deposits apply to all Easter bookings.
  • Easter holiday pricing is $10 extra per day
  • A 5% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
